With a decidedly mid-century yet very comfortable feel, who wouldn’t want to hang out for a private performance or curl up with a good book and a glass of wine? The ceiling received a custom-designed treatment inspired by the rug and square detailing in the furnishings. We simply flanked the windows with drapery panels while motorized roller shades provide privacy and protection from invasive sunlight. We just love the painting of the couple dancing and the painting over the fireplace was made custom for this room.
