Decorating Consultations

Decorating Consultations are the first step to getting started on your home décor projects and normally take place in the convenience of your home or office. Our approach is as much about how you want a space to “function” and “feel,” as it is about how it “looks.”  Once this is established, we can determine which of our services is best for you and dive into the fun stuff!

The initial Consultation can take up to 2 hours.  During our time together we will talk in detail about what you wish to achieve including function, feel and look,  view inspiration photos, determine what, if anything you already have that may be incorporated into the new Design, establish a preliminary budget, talk about color palettes, furniture placement and anything else that will be helpful in making your Design Goals a reality.

Fee:  $395 for up to two hours.  Additional travel time may be applicable.


Simply Put Interiors will provide a comprehensive Custom Design Plan down to the smallest detail.  This plan is a compilation of many of our services and can include hand-drawn or photo renderings.  From the conception of the room, including floor plans,  and furniture recommendations to fabrics and finishes, we will take care of every detail and manage your project.   When all of the pieces and parts are ready, we will be there to put it all together so that when you cross the finish line, all you have to do is enjoy your new space and say, "there is no place like home."   

Fee:  Is determined on a project basis.


We will provide a Design Plan that includes floor plans and basic recommendations.  With our guidance, you will be making many of the selections and managing the project. This allows you to take a more hands-on approach.  In essence, you will be "driving the bus" while we help you steer.  Of course, our team will be happy to assist in putting it all together when everything is ready.

Fee:  Is determined on a project basis.


It can be overwhelming to walk into a show room and be faced with endless possibilities.  Walls and walls of fabric samples, display after display of carpet and flooring options, more backsplash tile than you imagined, sofas, chairs, tables...oh my!  Accessories and artwork...Yikes!

We know where to go and what to look for.  We know how to narrow a search and guide you to final choices and easy decisions.   There is no need for you to glaze over.   Allow us to shop for what you need and present selections we know you will be thrilled with.

Fee:  $895 for up to 5 hours in a single outing.


This is such a full-filling design approach, especially when you love what you already have.   Our team will complete your Immediate Gratification Re-design in just ONE DAY!  This service is right for you if you:

  • Want it NOW!
  • Have a room or rooms that need a new look
  • Don't like the way a space is functioning
  • Have pieces you want to use but don't know how
  • Do not wish to purchase anything new
  • Want to experience an "HGTV" moment when you get see the "reveal"


This service embellishes our Immediate Gratification Re-Designs because we are primarily using what you already have and then some.  The final completion of your Re-design Plus depends on how much "embellishing" you wish to do.  For example, if you simply want to change the paint color and have us shop for some new accessories, you will be thrilled with your Re-design Plus as soon as the painting and shopping are complete.  On the other hand, if the scope of your work is a little more involved, it could take a little longer.  We might have to wait for window treatments to be fabricated or for a new piece of furniture to arrive before we can complete your Re-design Plus.   Regardless of how much or little we do to add the "Plus" to your Re-design, it is generally fast-tracked and you are sure to be wowed.

  • May want to change paint color, flooring, rugs, window treatments, etc.

It really is more than "just a can of paint."   The paint color and wall finishes are generally the foundation and backdrop to every design.

How often have you gone to the paint store and returned home armed with multiple cans of paint so that you could paint samples on the wall only to find you were right back at square one because none of the colors worked?   If you get the color wrong, the room just won't feel right.

We are expert in creating beautiful and livable color palates.  We will provide you with written color selections and finishes for your reference and to pass along to your contractors.  Let us help.

Fee:  $450 for first two rooms.  $195 for each additional room.

CUSTOM WINDOW TREATMENTS (Draperies, Shades, Blinds, Shutters, etc.)

There are so many options and many things to consider when determining how to treat your windows.  Do you need light control, UV protection, privacy or just want pretty?   With our expertise, we will help you answer those questions and design the perfect window treatments for you. 

Professional Home Staging & Market Ready Assessment: 

Not only is Professional Home Staging an important component to getting your house sold, it is helpful in preparing you to move.   Assistance in deciding what to pack, what to donate, what to sell and how is valuable when you are faced with the stress of a move. 

We do a complete Market Ready Assessment of your house and create a check-list of recommendations. This list can include things such as de-cluttering, repairs, painting, etc.   We don't want you to do more than necessary, just as we don't want you to overlook anything that could be a deal-breaker.  Our goal is to help you sell your house fast and for TOP DOLLAR.

Preparing for sale often requires an objective and experienced approach to "merchandising" a home.  Simply Put Interiors incorporates sound decorating principals with careful attention to showcasing the positive aspects of a property such as fireplaces, view, architectural details and creating inviting floor plans. 

We suggest scheduling a Market Ready Assessment before determining what the best route for you.  The extent of actual "Home Staging" is determined on a case-by-case basis but always with your budget and ultimate goals in mind.   Please contact us for more details.

Settling In:

If you are moving to a new home and don't know what to take or where to put it, we can help.   When the big move comes, our team can be there on moving day to direct the movers and make sure everything is placed and accessorized.   We can assist in unpacking and making your beds so all you have to do at the end of the move is put up your feet and enjoy your new home.  In many cases, you can be ready to entertain the next day.
